Job Title: Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks in a commercial building environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the building's systems.
  • Work with the maintenance team to identify and resolve faults with building services equipment.
  • Monitor and maintain the building's BMS system, UPS systems, and water treatment systems.
  • Undertake all allocated tasks in a timely and professional manner.
  • Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
Requirements:
  • Electrically qualified level 3 (C&G, NVQ etc)
  • 18th edition
  • Current or previous HVAP (preferred)
  • Experience working in a critical environment
  • Proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Multi-skilled
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent customer skills
