We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to join our UK Leadership team at BJSS. As a Client Principal, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and network, driving sustainable growth in the Financial Services business across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and successful consulting firm, further developing a world-class business and growing the team. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, enabling BJSS to best serve our clients' needs by being forward thinking and creative in finding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell technology business development solutions to clients across various work packages, from consulting engagements to digital transformation and Modern Managed Services.
- Negotiate business contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Analyse and gain a deep understanding of our target market to recommend appropriate changes to services.
- Develop business plans and strategies to hit revenue and margin goals.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working as part of a dynamic and energetic team to solve industry problems across technology and business. You will bring extensive business development experience gained within the technology sector, with a strong network of contacts and a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations in generating revenue and client relationship management.
You will have strong prior exposure to selling strategic, digital, and technological solutions and resources across the Financial Services industry, with deeper experience in strategy, digital, data and analytics, or Technology and Engineering. You will be able to demonstrate high energy, integrity, and a track record of engaging with diverse teams, motivating others, and communicating complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
