Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the daily operations of the holiday park, ensuring exceptional customer service and a safe, clean, and appealing environment for guests.
- Assist in delivering performance targets against budget, stock levels, and cost control.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction, return visits, and profitability.
- Provide on-park training and coaching to team members to ensure consistent delivery of high standards.
- Communicate the company vision and budgetary requirements to staff members and provide feedback on park performance.
Requirements:
- Previous leadership experience in the holiday park/leisure industry.
