Deputy Hotel Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team at Premier Inn Bodmin. As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our 44-bedroom hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, empowering them to deliver outstanding results and achieve business objectives.
  • Drive commercial best practice, maximize revenue opportunities, and control controllable costs and labour.
  • Oversee all business areas, ensuring brand standards are consistently delivered and guest feedback is utilized to increase performance against KPIs.
  • Support the Hotel Manager in delivering the site business plan, enabling the bigger picture and championing change.
