Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join our successful team at a leading independent estate agent in Derby. This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in the property industry, with a company that values excellence and professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain relationships with potential home buyers, registering and building rapport to drive sales.
- Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing valuable feedback to vendors to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to achieve successful outcomes.
- Arrange appointments for the mortgage broker and refer clients to solicitors, ensuring seamless transactions.
- Liaise with buyers, vendors, solicitors, and other estate agents to provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Generate and book property valuations for the valuer, maintaining accurate records of all sales activities.
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the property industry, with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong customer service skills, with a client-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle, with knowledge of the local property market an advantage.
