Pharmacy Team Leader

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Pharmacy Support Worker to join our team at Barnet Hospital. As a Pharmacy Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our pharmacy team.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of pharmacy support workers and apprentices in the patient services areas.
- Train staff rotating through the dispensary, including general dispensing, hatch duty, stock receipt, and stock control.
- Work accurately, effectively, and efficiently to support the provision of a high-quality service to patients, trust staff, and departments.
- Participate in a high-performing team that demonstrates the Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust values.
- Educated to GCSE or equivalent, including Maths, English, and Science.
- Must have successfully completed the Level 2 Pharmacy Service Assistant apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Good working knowledge of IT Microsoft Packages, such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and other relevant programs.
- Able to prioritize workload effectively.
- Previous experience of working in a Pharmacy.
- Experience of stock management.
- Previous employment in the NHS.
