Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, both over the phone and in person.
  • Act as a point of contact for various UPS departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage inventory control in the holds cage, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Process changes of address, future deliveries, and ensure packages are available for pick-up.
  • Conduct damage inspections and take ownership of resolving issues.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
