About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Associate Account Specialist to join our team at Lightfoot Ltd. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with our third-party installation partners to ensure timely and smooth device installations in trial vehicles
  • Managing customer data and ensuring all internal systems and CRMs are up-to-date
  • Providing customer training and support on our portal, ensuring accurate reporting and setup
  • Collating data and creating compelling presentations for customers
  • Developing a deep understanding of Lightfoot products and services and serving as a brand ambassador
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer literacy and ability to work independently
  • Enthusiasm for digital products and services
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 2 days in-office required
