About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Deputy Manager to join our team at our residential service for adults with complex needs, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Team Manager to ensure the highest standards of care and support are delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a resilient team of support workers, fostering a culture of positive behavior support.
  • Develop and implement individualised support plans that empower residents to achieve their goals and enhance their independence.
  • Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for all residents.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC standards, striving for excellence in service delivery.
