We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Operator to join our Wastewater Treatment Team in the Isle of Wight. As a key member of our frontline operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our wastewater treatment works and pumping stations.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out compliance testing and maintenance tasks to ensure continuous plant operation.
- Repair and maintain alarms systems, and monitor and report data to ensure statutory and regulatory compliance.
- Use fault-finding and problem-solving skills to respond to breakdowns and ensure site hygiene in line with regulatory obligations.
- GCSEs grade 3 including Maths, English, and Science.
- Valid UK Manual Driver's Licence.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and participate in a 7-day working week and standby rota.
- Good time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively and efficiently on your own.
- A competitive salary package of up to £26,567.00.
- A company van (dependent on role).
