Job Description:
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HSEQ Manager to join our team in a hands-on position offering a lead role, industry training, and upskilling opportunities in a progressive business alongside a generous salary and package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the HSEQ team, ensuring all investigations are up-to-date, taken place, and followed up.
- Attend client meetings, complete audits, provide training, give toolbox talks, and communicate policies.
- Work in a team of 2 HSEQ officers and report to the Head of HSEQ for the business.
- Responsible for managing coordinators, dealing with issues on site, and ensuring all HSEQ standards are met and upheld.
Requirements:
- Experience in HSEQ with a construction or civils/utilities/telecoms/highways/earthworks/council background.
- Good understanding of HSEQ standards within the industry.
- HSEQ qualifications and experience with ISO implementation.
- Full UK Licence.
