We are seeking a dedicated Cluster Meetings & Events Executive to become an integral part of our team, focusing on enhancing our meetings and events strategy. In this role, you will manage high-value inquiries that encompass a variety of events, including product launches, corporate meetings, large-scale conferences, social gatherings, and weddings. This position offers a dynamic and diverse workload within a supportive team environment.

Reporting Structure: You will report directly to the Cluster Meetings & Events Manager. Your primary responsibilities will include efficiently managing inquiries, securing event contracts, and ensuring a comprehensive understanding of our offerings to facilitate a seamless customer experience from initial contact to event execution, including final detail coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries for meetings, private events, and weddings
  • Enhance occupancy and revenue for our meeting facilities
  • Boost bedroom occupancy for MICE inquiries associated with group bookings
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures, ensuring best practices are followed
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail when preparing proposals and function sheets for operational teams
  • Build and nurture relationships with potential clients through a consultative sales approach
  • Ensure timely receipt of deposits and final payments in accordance with brand standards
  • Conduct client site visits confidently during their decision-making process
  • Assist the Cluster Meetings & Events Manager with additional tasks as needed
