We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for scheduling engineers' workload, coordinating with internal and external customers, and driving productivity from the field team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling: Schedule engineers' workload, including all repairs, planned maintenance, and breakdowns.
- Customer Communication: Work closely with internal and external customers to provide regular updates and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with Field Operational Managers to drive productivity from the field team and ensure seamless communication with internal departments.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications quickly.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement changes.
