V7 Recruitment is working with a leading General Contractor to find a skilled Site Manager for an internal construction project in Liverpool.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate trades and labour on the project's internal phase.
- Lead and manage junior team members, including Assistant Site Managers.
- Monitor site performance against the project timeline.
- Ensure high health and safety standards are maintained on site.
- Oversee quality control processes.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience working on mid-scale construction projects.
- Previous experience on internal projects is highly desirable.
- Possession of an HNC/HND in a construction-related subject is preferred.
- Quality Assurance experience is required.
- SMSTS and CSCS card are necessary.
