About the Role

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing professional advice and beauty treatments to our customers. You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that every customer has a positive in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert threading, tinting, waxing, and lash extension services to customers
  • Offer professional advice on beauty treatments and products
  • Upsell services and products to customers
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques

Requirements

  • NVQ level 2 diploma in beauty and/or relevant threading certification
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Passion for beauty and a desire to exceed customer expectations
