Job Title: Senior Spa Beauty Therapist

Location: Milton Keynes

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: 40 hours per week

Rate of Pay: £12.40 per hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Spa Beauty Therapist to join our team at Bannatyne Health Club in Milton Keynes. As a Senior Spa Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for leading a team of spa therapists, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of spa therapists to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality treatments
  • Develop and implement spa treatment menus and promotions to increase revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the spa facilities
  • Provide training and support to junior spa therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control spa inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to provide high-quality treatments
  • Collaborate with the spa manager to develop and implement spa policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 & 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent
  • Proven experience as a spa therapist, preferably in a senior role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of ELEMIS products and experience of guiding, managing, and motivating teams to bring collective success
