Contract Duration: 6 Month Contract

Key Responsibilities:

As a Vetting Management Administrator, you will be integral to a dedicated Vetting Management team, collaborating closely with a Vetting Management Lead. Your role will encompass:

  • Managing the complete lifecycle of security vetting applications, including aftercare responsibilities.
  • Inputting and outputting data from the vetting database.
  • Generating Management Information (MI) reports and disseminating data to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and scrutinizing vetting data with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Providing information to external stakeholders.
  • Serving as the primary contact for granting access to specific security-controlled areas.
  • Contributing to the formulation of new documentation and processes aimed at the continuous enhancement and optimization of vetting procedures.

Candidate Profile:

We seek a self-driven and experienced professional with outstanding prioritization and communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience in vetting/security clearance management and personnel security.
  • Proficiency in handling sensitive information.
  • A background in working with UK clients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

This role demands a proactive approach to identifying, designing, and implementing enhancements to Vetting Management processes.
