Position Overview

Salary: Up to £28,000 for those new to the field or unqualified assessors.

Our organization is seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator who will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional educational experience for students. This position is designed to help learners acquire the essential knowledge, skills, and competencies necessary to successfully complete their vocational training programs.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Instructing and evaluating vocational qualifications.
  • Preparing students for their final assessments using effective coaching and evaluation techniques in line with national standards and awarding body guidelines.
  • Delivering high-quality support to learners while collaborating with childcare organizations to ensure that training aligns with their operational needs.
  • Managing a dynamic workload that includes appointments, administrative tasks, and staying informed about the latest regulations and practices.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years or an equivalent credential.
  • A recognized teaching qualification, along with prior experience in assessing and teaching within the childcare sector.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000 to £32,000, depending on qualifications and experience, with opportunities for additional earnings through performance-based incentives.
