About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Adult Social Care Lawyer to join our Legal Services team at Bury Council. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in advising on matters involving vulnerable adults, including Court of Protection cases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on a broad range of matters involving vulnerable adults, including Court of Protection cases
  • Support adult social care colleagues in their work
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of legal compliance policies and procedures
  • Work closely with the Head of Social Care Legal Team to ensure excellent practice
