Position: Cloud Security Consultant

Salary: £70,000 - £103,000 (commensurate with experience) + benefits + training

Role Overview:
We are in search of mid-level to seasoned Cloud Security Consultants capable of delivering a variety of services.

Key Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess proficiency in:
  • Development and execution of cloud security strategies
  • Regulatory compliance and governance
  • Risk assessments
  • Client evaluations
  • Drafting proposals
  • Collaborating with clients of varying sizes and sectors

Technical Expertise:
Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following technologies/vendors, from initial requirements to deployment:
  • Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware Cloud, Rackspace Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Alibaba Cloud
  • Security Solutions: Crowdstike, Forcepoint, Qualys, Microsoft Defender XDR
  • Service Models: IaaS, PaaS, FaaS, SaaS

Additional Requirements:
  • Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • A comprehensive understanding of the security landscape
  • Relevant certifications in cloud security/cybersecurity are advantageous
  • Eligibility for security clearance is necessary
  • Willingness to travel across the UK

Responsibilities:
  • Crafting security specifications for clients
  • Participation in proposal processes
  • Mentoring junior team members
  • Designing and securing architectures
