Become a key player in the Simulation, Dynamics and Control division at Stirling Dynamics, a prominent entity in the Marine industry. We are in search of skilled engineers to engage in the development of intricate control algorithms and vehicle models tailored for pioneering marine applications. This position provides the opportunity to innovate processes and work alongside a team of seasoned engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technical lead to define project tasks
- Develop and validate models
- Communicate findings to stakeholders
- Create comprehensive model documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in Matlab/Simulink
- Understanding of control theory
- Expertise in systems modelling
- Knowledge of vehicle dynamics
- Familiarity with systems engineering principles
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the marine sector
- Advanced knowledge of control theory
- Experience with real-time models
- Background in code generation
Professional Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant industrial experience
Salary Range: £30,000 - £54,000, based on experience.
