About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Mackinnon Bruce International in Leeds. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining new clients and candidates for the business, in your allocated sector to build and develop your own desk.
Key Responsibilities
- Generating new leads with new clients and building key relationships within your market.
- Identifying contacts within the industry and becoming an industry expert within your market.
- Developing your brand across our platforms and developing business through candidate and company led methodologies.
- Interviewing candidates and taking client meetings to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Highly motivated, ambitious, and entrepreneurial individuals who are financially driven and looking to establish themselves as industry experts.
- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills – the ability to confidently speak with candidates and clients.
- Self-driven, and motivated to work autonomously to build your own pipeline.
- You enjoy working in a results-orientated environment.
- You love to take ownership of your learning and develop your career.
- Prior experience in a Sales/Recruitment role.
