We are seeking ambitious individuals with a background in Sales, Retail, or Customer Service to join our award-winning team as Recruitment Consultants.
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for fostering lasting relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs, and providing strategic advice to ensure the best candidate matches.
You will also be responsible for finding and engaging top talent, guiding candidates throughout the interview and offer process, and negotiating terms and fees to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary of £24,500 per annum, plus uncapped commission, and a hybrid working policy. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and development programs.
