Sewell Wallis Ltd is pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a qualified Acquisition Financial Specialist to join a dynamic SME PLC organization. This role is crucial for guiding strategic decisions during a significant growth phase.


This is a unique chance to collaborate closely with senior leadership while playing a vital role in determining future acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Finance and Commercial Director to influence key acquisition decisions.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data by supporting and challenging internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in compliance with debt facilities and engage in treasury management, refinancing, and deal flow.
  • Oversee the preparation of financial forecasts and integrate them into group projections, aiding the board in funding decisions.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified.
  • Experience in sectors such as Infrastructure, Renewable Energy, Oil and Gas, or Construction is advantageous but not mandatory.
