Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a prompt and efficient service to all customers, exceeding their expectations and ensuring their needs are consistently met.
- Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve a range of beverages, including coffee, tea, and other hot and cold drinks, to a high standard.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
- Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines and procedures.
- Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
- Qualifications: Food Safety Level 2 (or ability to achieve on appointment)
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
