Learning and Development Officer

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Volunteering Learning and Development Officer to join our Volunteering and Community Networks Team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting and developing accessible learning solutions for our volunteers and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Support and lead volunteers in their learning and development needs
- Develop and implement accessible learning solutions
- Collaborate with the team to roll out our new Volunteer Management System
- Provide excellent interpersonal skills and experience in supporting individuals remotely
