About the Role

We are seeking an experienced recruitment consultant to join our team at Academics Ltd. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a 360 desk across Primary, Secondary, or SEN schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage both the candidate and client side of the recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
  • Source and attract top talent for our clients
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates
  • Provide excellent candidate care and ensure a smooth recruitment process
Requirements
  • 1+ years' experience in recruitment, with a focus on education or a related sector
  • Proven track record of success in business development and winning new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
