eBusiness Business Manager - Electronic Trading Venue Management

As a key member of our Electronic Trading Venue Management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of electronic trading venues. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-board and manage traders' parameters onto trading venues, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing risk.
  • Coordinate and manage the list of approved electronic trading venues and market counterparties, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Internal coordination to ensure Crédit Agricole CIB adheres to trading venue requirements and internal rules, maintaining a strong control framework.
  • Set up traders onto trading venues, including annual internal recertification and reviews, ensuring Personal Identifiable Information is properly managed.
  • Manage the counterparty base onto trading venues to minimize settlement risk, implementing the proper framework with CLD and CPL/FS.
  • Own the eTAP template for new platforms and maintain it up-to-date in partnership with the second line of defence, ensuring institutional knowledge and auditability.
  • Coordinate the implementation of requirements defined by trading venues, particularly in their rulebooks or contracts with Crédit Agricole CIB, in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Institutionalize information and knowledge on electronic platforms, targeting the use of a database, and ensure business continuity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects linked to trading venue management, including business development and control framework initiatives.
Requirements
  • Ability to gather stakeholders and coordinate projects to meet requirements on a timely basis.
  • Prior experience in global markets and awareness of the relevant regulatory environment.
