Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified instructors for our diverse range of fitness classes, including Les Mills Body Combat, Body Pump, and Body Balance. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in motivating and guiding participants through engaging sessions that cater to various fitness levels.
Available Schedule:
Classes are scheduled Monday to Friday from 09:30 to 11:30 and 17:30 to 20:00, along with weekend sessions from 08:00 to 11:00. Instructors with multiple qualifications are encouraged to apply, as back-to-back classes may be available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness sessions according to the established timetable, ensuring classes start punctually.
- Tailor class options and objectives to accommodate individual participant needs and capabilities.
- Manage class attendance and bookings in accordance with company procedures.
- Oversee the setup and dismantling of equipment for each session.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance programming and meet member demands.
- Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards in all activities.
- Complete all administrative tasks related to the role.
- Maintain required qualifications, licenses, and continuing professional development.
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- REPS/CIMSPA level 2 qualification in Fitness/Exercise to Music (mandatory).
- Specific qualifications related to the fitness disciplines being taught (mandatory).
- Experience in delivering fitness classes in a similar environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to fitness.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask questions, and provide constructive feedback.
- A passion for motivating and inspiring others to achieve their fitness goals.
- Numerical and written proficiency.
- Exceptional customer service skills, catering to a diverse clientele.
- Flexibility to adapt to customer needs.
