Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with front office stakeholders, including portfolio managers and risk analysts, to refine and advance our attribution methodologies.
  • Manage and enhance the existing roadmap for our fixed income attribution system, focusing on trade-tagging and factor-based attribution strategies.
  • Engage with technology teams to ensure seamless integration and data quality improvements.

Essential Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of fixed income markets within the buy-side environment.
  • Advanced expertise in fixed income attribution techniques and strategies.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg PORT and GRM systems.
  • Proven experience in collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
