In this position, you will offer your expertise and support on SuccessFactors products, ensuring effective implementation for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and comprehend clients' business needs to formulate system configurations.
  • Deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Assist in creating training materials and facilitate training sessions for clients.
  • Identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
  • Oversee quality assurance of consultant configurations.
  • Work closely with project managers to maintain budgetary constraints.
  • Follow established software implementation protocols.
  • Engage in team discussions and enhance knowledge of various modules.
  • Accurately monitor time and expenses.
  • Mentor junior consultants.
  • Execute additional tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business Administration.
  • Certification in SuccessFactors modules; professional certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a SuccessFactors consultant.
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting technology.
