About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery and Business Analyst to join our e-commerce team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the deployment and ongoing service delivery of our new e-commerce platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the platform is operating well across all business functions, including on-site experience, order fulfillment, payment processing, and digital marketing.
  • Technical Administration: Perform technical administration and maintenance of the back-end, front-end, and product maintenance.
  • Project Management: Responsible for the operation cutover to the new e-commerce platform and preparing the business units for change.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience working within a retail digital/e-commerce team servicing on a global scale.
  • Experience analyzing business requirements and creating epic user stories.
  • Experience working with logistic partners, EC carriers, service platform owners, product owners/managers, business/technical analysts in an agile way.
  • Transport management system experience is an asset.
  • Understanding of technologies such as HTML, AWS, and microservices, as well as software such as Microsoft Office Suite, Miro, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Excellent knowledge of digital tools such as CRM, CMS, analytics, and optimization tools.
  • Understanding of business-to-technology mapping.
  • Fluent in English, and other language capability is a plus (EU languages, Japanese).
