About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Sous Chef to join our Prezzo team in Woodbridge. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that every customer leaves with a memorable dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional Italian cuisine, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Develop and implement menu ideas, working closely with our Head Chef to ensure consistency and innovation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and staff development, to maintain a smooth and efficient service.
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to drive menu development, kitchen processes, and staff training.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Contribute to the development of our team members, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
