Bench Carpenter

We are seeking an experienced Bench Joiner/Wood Machinist to join our team at Total Joinery Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manufacturing high-quality joinery products, including fitted and freestanding furniture, sash and casement windows, doors, reception desks, and screens.
Key Responsibilities- Manufacture joinery products to the highest standards, using a range of woodworking machinery.
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet deadlines and achieve targets.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
- At least 5-10 years' experience in bench joinery and wood machining.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and techniques.
- A competitive hourly rate of £15.00-£20.00, negotiable based on experience.
- A full-time position with 40 hours per week.
