We are seeking a skilled Bench Joiner to join our team at Specialist Joinery Projects Limited. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality joinery products, including cabinetry, reception desks, bespoke doors and frames, and windows.
Key Responsibilities- Interpret and execute cutting sheets, working drawings, and schedules to produce joinery products
- Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
- Collaborate with our works managers to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard
- Adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment
- Previous experience in bench joinery or a related field
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
