Program Overview

The Sales and Management Graduate Scheme is a 24-month program that offers a unique blend of training, development, and hands-on experience. You will have the opportunity to work in various roles, including sales support, customer relations, and telesales, while also completing our Intro to Sales Development Programme and Leadership Development Programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shadow operational and sales staff to gain a deep understanding of our business and customers
  • Participate in sales support roles, including Indoor Sales, Customer Relations, and Telesales
  • Complete our Intro to Sales Development Programme and Leadership Development Programme
  • Have the opportunity to progress to roles such as Field Account Manager, Service Team Leader, and Regional Account Manager
Requirements

We are looking for Graduates who:

  • Aim to beat any target set and push themselves in and out of work
  • Have a minimum of a 2:2 BSc/BA degree in any subject (Business related, Transport, Logistics, Supply Chain or Management disciplines preferred but not necessary)
  • Have a full UK Driving licence or be working towards this
  • Are hardworking and ambitious
  • Are comfortable working in the field
  • Want to work with people and provide excellent customer service
  • Are motivated and eager to learn
