As a childcare manager, you will play a crucial role in a child's growth and development by providing a secure and stimulating environment for learning and play. You will also positively influence the lives of their families and the local community by fostering strong relationships and partnerships.
You will oversee a team of childcare professionals who share your enthusiasm and vision for early years care. Your role will be diverse and dynamic, involving collaboration with children, colleagues, parents, caregivers, and various agencies.

You will also engage closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that the nursery aligns with their expectations and requirements.
We adhere to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum and provide a variety of activities to support children's learning and development. We maintain strong connections with the local community and other organizations that assist children and families.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining detailed records of your work within the setting and adhering to EYFS standards and policies. You will need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, and the capability to work within tight budgets.
In your managerial capacity, you will guide your team in providing and supervising activities and programs that align with the EYFS, fostering children's development and offering them opportunities to socialize, explore safe and stimulating environments, and grow.
You will be part of a multi-agency team and will work closely with counterparts in other settings, providing support to ensure adequate staffing across all locations.

You will possess outstanding communication skills, a clear vision, and a passion for working with children. You should be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and accustomed to a fast-paced work environment.
You will be solution-oriented and committed to supporting and developing your team. Your role will require flexibility throughout the week and during holidays to ensure comprehensive support for the setting.
