We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering a wide range of campaigns to promote our mill and international brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop engaging creative content for our social media channels, including social media campaigns and email marketing.
  • Establish and maintain social media channels for our house brands, increasing followers and follower engagement.
  • Collaborate with our international brands to deliver their campaigns to the UK market via digital and offline channels.
  • Create and send innovative email campaigns to drive brand awareness and boost sales.
  • Develop and send innovative direct mail campaigns to new and existing customers.
  • Assist the Business Development Team with concept development, set-up, and attendance at tradeshows.
  • Lead creative projects, including presenting new and exciting ideas/designs to management and senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the creative industry, marketing, and digital sectors.
  • Provide effective analysis of marketing campaigns.
Requirements
  • Proven design experience with a strong portfolio in both digital media and print.
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator).
  • Ability to take campaigns from conception through to completion.
  • Bringing new ideas to the management team.
  • Creative content copywriting for social media campaigns.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Confident, customer-focused manner with a positive attitude.
  • A strong portfolio.
