Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Accountant to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the MOH costs for the site, ensuring accurate reporting and timely completion of deadlines.
  • Provide financial information to support forecasting and AOP builds for SAP and TM1.
  • Attend daily and weekly QCDM meetings, actively participating in discussions and ensuring alignment on cost KPIs.
  • Ensure GCS and SOX compliance throughout the financial reporting process.
  • Support the Business Partner with other work streams as required.
Requirements
  • AAT qualified (or equivalent) with early stages of professional accountancy qualification (CIMA/ACCA).
  • Manufacturing accounting experience with a strong understanding of Lean manufacturing (QCDM).
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to influence upwards and communicate effectively at all levels.
