We are a well-established estate agency in Brighouse town centre, offering a range of services related to the sale and letting of residential property. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Oversee and support the sales team, implementing procedures to improve performance and driving sales growth.
  • Lettings Support: Provide support to the lettings team, working closely with them to achieve their goals and objectives.
  • Office Management: Manage the sales team, including those acting under our fully managed rental portfolio.
  • Performance Management: Conduct quarterly performance reviews, develop performance plans for staff, and carry out disciplinary procedures as necessary.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage the office rota, approve holiday requests, log notes using our HR system, and provide monthly wages to the Director.
  • Customer Relationships: Develop and grow long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring regular contact and exceptional customer service.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance policies are up-to-date and adhered to, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism within the team.
