Job Summary:
G2 Legal Limited is seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join our busy Employment team in Bournemouth. As an Employment Solicitor/Associate, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment law matters, including advising employees and employers on employment law, settlement agreements, tribunal claims, redundancy, restrictive covenants, TUPE, wrongful and unfair dismissal, and general employment matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on employment law matters, including employment contracts, disciplinary procedures, and grievance procedures.
- Represent clients in employment tribunals and other employment-related disputes.
- Conduct employment law audits and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement employment law policies and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to clients on employment law matters.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an Employment Solicitor.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Business immigration experience is an advantage.
