Employment Law Associate Job Description

This excellent employment team at Chadwick Nott are seeking an experienced employment solicitor to join their team to work on a varied and challenging employment law caseload.

Caseload Highlights:

  • Employment claims
  • Day-to-day advice to clients
  • Drafting contracts and settlement agreements
  • Assisting with HR policy, discrimination issues, and termination/redundancy

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing their own contentious and non-contentious employment law caseload, be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE, and be able to work effectively in a hybrid environment.
