Employment Law Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor to join our team at Douglas Scott Legal Recruitment. As an Employment Law Solicitor, you will be responsible for advising employers, HR directors, and managers on all aspects of complex Employment Law and day-to-day HR issues.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Employment Law Solicitor to join a reputable law firm and work on a range of complex employment transactions, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures, tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and guiding employers through TUPE and redundancy processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise employers, HR directors, and managers on all aspects of complex Employment Law and day-to-day HR issues.
  • Handle a range of complex employment transactions, including drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures, tribunal claims, settlement agreements, and guiding employers through TUPE and redundancy processes.
  • Participate in business development activities and ensure the team is successful and all the right things are being done within the firm.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Solicitor with upwards of 4 years of experience in Employment Law, either claimant or respondent. You will have made an impact elsewhere in your career handling a range of complex employment transactions and have a strong understanding of Employment Law and HR issues.
