Vivid Resourcing Ltd is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our Development team at a prominent Housing Association in the South West. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, procuring, and delivering new development schemes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project manage individual development schemes from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
- Assist in identifying and acquiring land and property, leveraging market knowledge and industry connections.
- Provide effective contract management and financial control across various projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Manage a range of projects focused on delivering development schemes, ensuring arrangements for affordable housing within these schemes.
- Develop and implement programme plans, managing day-to-day operations and ensuring programme expenditure aligns with budget and funding procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong project management skills, with experience in development schemes and contract management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the Housing Association and liaise with external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage risk and ensure stakeholder compliance with regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of sustainable development practices and ability to develop income streams for long-term investment.
