Electrical Instructor

We are seeking a qualified electrician to join our team as an Electrical Lecturer, training apprentices in our award-winning centre.
About the Role:
- Deliver theory and practical training to apprentices, covering topics such as health and safety, installation, fault finding, and testing.
- Conduct practical assessments and update learner records.
- Monitor attendance and learning progress, ensuring high standards of teaching.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide a supportive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified electrician with at least five years' experience and a JIB Gold Card equivalent.
- Full driving licence and good IT skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and encourage learners.
- Flexibility to attend other training centres and adapt to changing circumstances.
What We Offer:
- An annual salary of up to £38,000, depending on experience, with a starting salary of £32,000 for electricians with no lecturing experience.
- A £2500 welcome bonus.
