Electrical Training Instructor Opportunity

Mana Resourcing Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Training Instructor to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and challenging training sessions to apprentices and adult learners, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will have skills-specific NVQ Level 3 or higher, or equivalent, and a Level 3 (or higher) teacher training qualification. They will also have experience in delivering training and support to applicants wishing to upskill from industry to teaching.

The role will involve teaching familiar content to a group of 12 students from different companies, with the end qualification being either a level two foundation qualification or Level 3 BTech. The successful applicant will be based at a purpose-built, state-of-the-art Technology Hub, where training is delivered via apprenticeships and commercial-led training.
