Job Title: Field Support Merchandiser

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Field Support Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at McCormick & Company. As a Field Support Merchandiser, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality merchandising services to our customers in the Edinburgh and Falkirk areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with store contacts at major supermarkets such as Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
  • Utilize technology to ensure accurate inventory management and record great execution in-store.
  • Collect and deliver stock to stores daily to maintain 100% availability of product on shelf and compliance with store plans.
  • Take ownership of maintaining store records, including inventory management.
  • Support other brands within the McCormick family as required.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license and the right to work in the UK.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills to manage relationships and expectations in stores.
  • Enjoy working on the road and independently.
  • Confident in using technology and willing to learn new systems.
  • Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or hospitality is an asset.
