Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPM Coordinator to join our team at CMS. As a PPM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • PPM Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing PPMs (Planned, Preventative, Maintenance) to ensure they are assigned to the appropriate resource and completed in a timely manner.
  • Communication: You will work closely with Contract Teams and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Documentation: You will ensure that all necessary documentation, including H&S460, is in place before PPMs are confirmed with FPMs.
  • Customer Care: You will be focused on providing excellent customer care and ensuring that customer needs are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including checking, chasing, and closing PPMs, requesting subcontractor schedules, and compiling spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Customer Focus: You must have a keen awareness of customer focus and be able to provide excellent customer care.
  • Technical Skills: You must have good knowledge of Microsoft applications and preferably experience with CAFM Systems, such as Planon.
  • Experience: You must have prior experience working in a facilities management environment.

  • Experience working in a similar role: You must have experience working in a similar role, preferably in a facilities management environment.
