Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PPM Coordinator to join our team at CMS. As a PPM Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- PPM Management: You will be responsible for coordinating and managing PPMs (Planned, Preventative, Maintenance) to ensure they are assigned to the appropriate resource and completed in a timely manner.
- Communication: You will work closely with Contract Teams and contractors to ensure effective communication and coordination of PPMs.
- Documentation: You will ensure that all necessary documentation, including H&S460 documentation, is in place before PPMs are confirmed with FPMs.
- Customer Care: You will be focused on providing excellent customer care and ensuring that customer needs are met.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Organizational Skills: You will have strong organizational skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Technical Skills: You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and preferably experience with CAFM Systems, such as Planon.
- Experience: You will have prior experience working in a facilities management environment.
