About the Role:

Care & Case Management Service Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Female Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to a young lady with cerebral palsy and other complex needs living in her own home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enable the client to engage in rehabilitation, social, and recreational activities
  • Empower the client to be as independent as possible
  • Provide 2-1 care 24/7, including holidays and weekends
  • Assist with full moving and handling and all aspects of personal care

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and a desire to provide individualized support
  • Previous care experience with young adults is preferred
  • Ability to participate in a range of activities with the client, such as hydrotherapy and outdoor pursuits
  • Driver with full UK License essential

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £14.17 per hour waking days and £14.70 per hour waking night
  • Full training for the role, input from therapists, and regular supervision by the Case Manager
